At WORDS Foundation Pakistan, we believe that career guidance is essential for enabling young people—especially women and youth from underserved communities—to make informed decisions about their future. Our Career Counseling Program is designed to help individuals identify their strengths, explore career opportunities, and develop practical pathways toward sustainable employment and entrepreneurship.
